Dr. Grant Bell
As a native of Springfield, TN, Dr, Bell is a life-long Yellow Jacket who graduated from Springfield High School in 1982. Dr. Bell was a member of the first high school class to graduate from what is now Springfield High School. His grandfather, Philip Bell, Sr., was principal of the original SHS, and current home of Innovation Academy, from 1938-1959.
Dr. Bell earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama, a master’s in education from Tennessee State University, an Education Specialist degree from Austin Peay State University, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from TSU. He taught social studies at Greenbrier Middle School for 11 years. Dr. Bell is well into his second decade as a building principal.
Dr. Bell is married to his wife of 26 years, Jennifer, a registered nurse at Greenbrier Elementary. He and Jennifer have 3 children: Jackson-24(University of Alabama Alum and CPA), Chandler-21(Senior at Western Kentucky University), and Raegan-16(Junior at Innovation Academy).

Dr. Charlotte Osborn
Mrs. Osborn has lived in Robertson County for over forty years. She graduated from Austin Peay State University in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in special education for grades k-12. She has over 18 years of experience in the special education classroom. Her career has led her to a multitude of opportunities within the district. This experience prompted her to get her master's degree and educational specialist degree from Nova Southeastern University in Educational Leadership. In 2024, Mrs. Osborn received her doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University. Currently Dr. Osborn serves as the Instructional Service Administrator supporting teachers and scholars.
Dr. Osborn has been affiliated with Innovation Academy of Robertson County since 2018 and has been an administrator since 2021. She loves being part of the Sentinel Family and will often find her at ballgames with her own family in full support. She also enjoys spending time with her family outside of the school day attending a Titans Football game.
